Adele Vittoria is an event agency based in Sydney. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, adelevittoria.com.au, how we use it and how we look after it.

What we collect
- Enquiries. When you fill in our contact form, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, the type of event, your company (if you add it) and anything you write in your message.
- Emails and calls. When you email or call us, we have your contact details and whatever you share with us about your event.
- Website visits. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website. It uses cookies to collect things like the pages you visit, how you found us, your device and browser, your approximate location (to city level) and which buttons and links you click. It doesn’t tell us your name or contact details.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan and deliver your event, and stay in touch with you about it.
We use website information to see what is working on our site and to improve it.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We only share your information when we need to:
- the services that run our website and email: Hostinger (website hosting), Brevo (delivers our contact form emails to us) and Google (our email, Google Analytics and the map on our Contact page)
- suppliers working on your event, such as venues, caterers or florists, and only what they need to do their part
- anyone we are required to share it with by law.
Information stored overseas
Some of these services store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can recognise return visits and count how people use the site. Google keeps this website data for 14 months.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google and may set its own cookies.

Keeping it safe
Our website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Enquiries come straight to our inbox, and only our team reads them.
We keep your details for as long as we need them for your event and our business records, then delete them.

Our site links to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. They have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
