I’m not sure what magic you employed to turn our plain and featureless Function Room into an attractive and glamorous location, but it looked wonderful and a perfect setting for the cocktail party. The food was absolutely sublime, the service was efficient and warm and friendly and the wines, etc. were really well chosen. – The Consul-General told me that the Prosecco you served is regarded as the best that Italy produces. The flowers were also gorgeous.

Adele and her team took care of our annual company offsite in 2023 and to say it was a joy is a major understatement. Adele organised our Gala Street Lunch as part of the Woollahra Festival 2025. This was no ordinary assignment, involving erecting a large marquee for 120 people in the middle of Victoria Avenue, Woollahra starting at 5.30am; setting up the tables and settings inside with wonderful floral arrangements and drapes: organising the bar staff and wines; engaging wonderful musicians and a first class audio system; managing the service and wait staff, including a large number of volunteers; and then packing everything up at 4pm for the road to reopen at 6pm. The Gala Lunch was the highlight of the Woollahra Festival and was the talking point of the neighbourhood – the food, the wines and the atmosphere. Adele was a delight to work with and her team a very talented, cohesive group with a strong can-do ethic. I would thoroughly recommend Adele for your event, whether it be large or small. It will be a memorable experience!
