Adele began her career in hospitality and tourism, working for five-star hotels and airlines before transitioning into the events industry. As the national wholesale manager for a bridal label, she spent 32 weekends a year traveling across Australia, New Zealand and the USA, coordinating designer weekends and overseeing large-scale activations.

Her passion for events led her to work as an event manager, where she gained invaluable hands-on experience in floor plans, logistics, and back-of-house operations.

From there, she moved into event styling with one of Sydney’s largest companies, where she specialised in high-impact event design, including custom production builds and ceiling installations.

Her ability to blend creativity with structural and logistics expertise allowed her to execute complex, large-scale event installations.

Adele has also worked behind the scenes in catering, giving her a full perspective on event planning and execution. With her extensive industry experience, operational expertise, and creative vision, Adele thrives as the director of events, bringing events to life with her incredible team
