I’m not sure what magic you employed to turn our plain and featureless Function Room into an attractive and glamorous location, but it looked wonderful and a perfect setting for the cocktail party. The food was absolutely sublime, the service was efficient and warm and friendly and the wines, etc. were really well chosen. – The Consul-General told me that the Prosecco you served is regarded as the best that Italy produces. The flowers were also gorgeous.
